Il Tribunale di Vicenza ha riconosciuto il diritto del personale ATA assunto con contratti a tempo determinato per supplenze brevi ad ottenere il compenso CIA evidenziando che la disciplina del predetto emolumento è del tutto parallela a quella dettata, per il personale docente, dall’art. 7 CCNL 2001 in tema di retribuzione professionale docente e che il ragionamento operato dalla Corte di Cassazione, nell’ordinanza n. 20015/2018 sia integralmente adottabile ed estendibile alla disciplina contrattuale inerente il personale ATA.
